so brief

yesterday was a tragic day for us.
Sam's boss passed away at work .

Sam found him passed out in the parking lot outside
and the office did all they could

but by the time the ambulence got to the hospital,
he had entered Heaven.

so kiss the ones you love
and tell them you love them one more time.

join us in praying for Stephen Seay and his family.
his granddaugher entered the world Sunday night, and he departed Monday afternoon.

  2. Oh my! How very sad. I will definitely pray for their family. It must be so hard to be full of joy from the birth of a new baby and then struck with grief from losing a loved one. I can't even imagine.

  9. Lauren,
Stephen Seay is my dad and our family is very thankful for all the prayers! My dad loved his job and everyone at the office! I am so thankful for everything the people at his office did to try to help him. It is comforting to know he was surrounded by his work family during his last moments on this earth before he met Jesus his Lord and savior face to face in heaven. A friend of a friend told me they read this on your blog and I wanted to just say thank you for the prayers and thank you to your husband...my thoughts and prayers are with all of dad's coworkers as I know all of this must have been very tough for them.
