little things

Happy Friday!
It is just me, or do some weeks feel more like month-long periods of time?
that's been this week for me.

I'm in between projects at work: (anion to hydrophobic) and waiting on new supplies, writing new methods, and it's all work at your computer stuff. Not my fav. So, this is a look back at the little things that have made this week better!

Peanut Butter cheerios: I found these at the grocery store this week, and they have become my new obsession. I love them.

Wednesday I got to each lunch with some dear friends, the Colemans and their little boy, Davis.
It's been a long time since I've seen them, and he has grown so much!
It was a perfect breath of fresh air mid week!

Last night I did hot yoga for the first time. I had sweat streaming off my body.
It was very challenging, but a great break from running!

  1. OOh I LOVE cheerios and ALL the flavors they have! Ive been loving the multi grain, so when I saw the peanut butter multi grain I did a little happy dance inside.. I also saw they have a new caramel flavor too! I had to buy both! And they both are so yummy! :) haha

  2. Oh my goodness, Peanut Butter Cheerios sounds so much healthier than Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch. I'm totally trying it!
